Our Founders' Journey:

Ryan's journey began in the automotive realm, where he honed his skills as a welder, fabricator, and engine builder. Meanwhile, Jason served as a USMC Light Armored Vehicle Mechanic. Fate brought them together at the same aerospace machine shop, where Ryan specialized in crafting tight tolerance gears using CNC grinders, hobs, and shapers and Jason specialized on lathes, mill turns, and mills.

United by a shared dream of creating their own precision manufacturing company , Ryan and Jason ventured to turn their vision of a precision machine shop into reality. With just one machine in a detached garage, they laid the foundation for what would become Dynamic Machining Inc.
